I try soooo hard to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth but it can be super difficult to do sometimes, especially in the cold my nose gets runny. My concern with covering my face was if I’d still be able to breath but I’ll just have to give it a try! Thank you for the tip about dressing for warmer than it is, that’s super helpful and I was going to ask it!
