    Here’s an interesting article from 2017 that recommends:

    1. Drape a bandana or scarf over your mouth and nose to warm up the air a bit
    2. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth
    3. Lower your workout intensity (slow down)

    One other tip that we often give is to dress for 20º warmer than the actual temperature. So if it’s 30ºF out, dress as if it were 50ºF. This will help you to not overheat.
