Omggg one time one of my AirPods fell out when I was running on the treadmill at the gym and I had to tell the workers and they had the lift the treadmill for me to crawl under and get it 🫠I have the beats with the wire that connects them & it has a plastic piece that wraps around your ear. It keeps them on really well, only con is it doesn’t have the best noise canceling which isn’t as beneficial if you’re in a gym and can still hear the other treadmills and ppl working out a little bit— but then it is good for road running to hear traffic or others around you.

This is very helpful!! Thank you!! I can’t stand treadmill running; I can’t get into it. I have the noise canceling off when I’m running on the road so that’s great!

I have a pair of Bose Soundsport headphones and I really like them. They come with three different size ear pieces you can swap out to get the best fit and they have a cord connecting them behind your head and can clip to your shirt collar so you never lose them. They’re Bluetooth despite the cord. The warranty is amazing too. I got my first pair refurbished from Amazon and was having connection issues and after contacting Bose they sent me a brand new pair.

I have been using PowerBeats Pros. The wrap behind my ear so I never have to worry about them falling out. I’ve been on 2 hour runs with them and they are very comfortable. Plus they are pass through sound so I can still hear cars and whatever even while listening to an audiobook or music!
